Teaching and Learning

Teaching CS61A at Berkeley has been the hardest thing I have ever done. Ever.
Mostly because this is something I want to be perfect at. I want to be the best TA because I don't think my students deserve anything less. They deserve nothing but the best and I need to be the best, especially when the pace of this course over the summer is impossibly fast.

But sometimes you have to give yourself a break and be okay with trying your best, even if you aren't the best. Hard work shows, and if you're only okay with being the best when it's your first time doing something, you're going to disappoint yourself.
