After years of working in the gaming industry, I've decided to found my own startup in the beauty industry (which has been a longtime dream of mine). My cofounder Jenny and I have been fervently working on The Newness (www.thenewness.tv) -- what will eventually be a welcoming, warm online community for beauty enthusiasts. We're currently doing tons of user research, hacking and shipping products, and constantly reiterating but it's been a blast so far.
